Jerry Simpson and the team spent nearly 20 years building a successful sales organization inside Johnson & Johnson and DePuy Synthes before taking his group private in 2022 to create Prosource Services. Our firm is the exclusive distributor of DePuy Synthes Spine products in Michigan, northern Ohio, and northern Indiana.
The independent business model allows Prosource Services to act more nimbly and more aggressively to serve patients, employees, and customers in the best possible way. This model allows salespeople to do what they do best: serve surgeons by ensuring they have the right tools at the right time for their patients. Administrative details are left to others.
“We’re eliminating the things that high-performing sales consultants do not like, like back office procedures and inventory management,” Jerry says. “We want to keep the people where they want to be: selling, and serving patients and business, not logistics. We deploy this strategy to attract top talent.”
The result is a growing company, a fast-moving team, and doctors who are happy to have a Prosource Services sales consultant at their side when they need them most.
