MIKE SELL | Vice President - Sales

Mike Sell is the Vice President of Sales for Prosource Services, LLC, where he leads sales strategy, commercial execution, and organizational growth across the orthopedic and neuro-spine surgical marketplace. Mike oversees a high-performing sales team dedicated to delivering advanced implant solutions, biologics, and enabling technologies to surgeons, ASC partners, and health systems throughout the Midwest.

With more than 20 years of progressive experience in the medical device industry, Mike has established a reputation for exceeding sales expectations, scaling distribution networks, and building sales infrastructures that drive sustainable, competitive growth. His background includes senior leadership roles at DePuy Synthes (Johnson & Johnson), Prosidyan, LifeNet Health, and Prosource Services—where he consistently delivered double-digit growth, closed major strategic contracts, and expanded territories across multiple states and customer segments.

Mike’s expertise spans field sales execution leadership, commercial strategy, relationship development, and the advancement of innovative orthopedic implants, bone-void fillers, and biologics. He is most passionate about developing strong teams and elevating the next generation of sales professionals through mentorship, accountability, and customer-driven service.

Widely respected for his strategic mindset and his commitment to strengthening Prosource’s culture and long-term profitability, Mike remains focused on accelerating growth, deepening customer partnerships, and championing technologies that enhance patient care.

STEVE SZABO | Area Vice President - MI, OH

Steve Szabo is the Area Vice President overseeing strategic sales and market operations for the Michigan and Ohio region at Prosource Services, bringing nearly 18 years of specialized experience exclusively within the medical device industry. He leverages a deep understanding of the high-stakes spine sector to drive market expansion and ensure operational excellence across the MI/OH territory.

Steve built his robust foundation over a decade at DePuy Synthes (a Johnson & Johnson company), where he demonstrated consistent success by progressing from Sales Associate, to Sales Consultant, and ultimately to a Senior Sales Consultant role. This extensive background provides a unique perspective on clinical engagement, complex account management, and best-in-class sales practices.

Since transitioning to the distributor network, Steve has quickly become a pivotal leader at Prosource Services. He first excelled as a Sales Director for the Metro Detroit and Northwest Ohio markets before his recent elevation to Area Vice President, signifying the expansion of his leadership responsibilities.

In his current role, Steve focuses on optimizing the distribution of complex spine implants and new technology. He is committed to mentoring sales talent, reinforcing a culture of clinical excellence, and ensuring Prosource Services remains the most trusted partner for surgical teams and hospitals across the region.

BRENT KOPISCHKE | Regional Manager - MN, ND, SD

Brent Kopischke is a dedicated Sales Manager at Prosource Services, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a strong focus on spine and biologics.

He began his sales career in 2010 with DePuy Synthes, where he built a solid clinical and commercial foundation and developed a passion for helping lead business growth. In 2020, Brent joined Medtronic, continuing to expand his leadership experience and drive performance in a highly competitive market. In the fall of 2024, he joined Prosource Services, drawn to the company’s emphasis on leadership, culture, and a solution-focused approach to serving its partners.

Known for his approachable style and strong work ethic, Brent has built lasting relationships with hospital administrators, surgical teams, and physicians by prioritizing trust, collaboration, and results. Today, he leads a tri-state territory and sales team, where he enjoys mentoring others, strengthening partnerships, and delivering solutions that support both providers and patients.

JON BRINK | General Manager

A highly accomplished and results-driven sales professional, Jon brings over two decades of distinguished experience across the competitive medical device and enterprise software sectors.

Jon’s professional approach is rooted in solutions-based selling, consistently moving beyond product features to deliver tangible value, measurable clinical outcomes, and strategic growth for healthcare systems and providers. He is committed to cultivating long-term, trusted relationships, specializing in providing best-in-class service and support, which includes ensuring comprehensive expertise and reliable assistance both inside and outside the operating room. Jon’s deep understanding of surgical technology, consultative approach, and proven track record of successful sales execution are leveraged to drive market share and deliver superior value to surgical teams.

Following graduation from Wayne State University, Jon’s early career from 2004 to 2009 demonstrated a rapid trajectory of sales and career development success. 

Since 2009, Jon’s primary professional focus has been the orthopedic and spine industry, serving as a dedicated Sales Consultant for DePuy Synthes Spine/Prosource Services, LLC (Synthes Spine – JNJ Medtech). 

In 2022, Jon expanded his commitment to support Prosource Services, LLC across multiple regions, applying his expertise in sales, logistics and business operations to enhance regional performance. 

Looking ahead to 2026,  Jon plans to fully transition into a leadership role focused on Business Operations. This role will capitalize on his experience to drive internal efficiency and sales enablement, supporting all of our sales teams and leading the internal business operations team.

Jon lives in Farmington Hills, MI with his Wife (Tara), 3 Children (Brady 18, Connor 15, Mallory 13) and dog Hank. He enjoys being outside, sports especially golf and hockey, attending sporting events and walking with Hank.

MARIA MATHENY | Comptroller

Maria Matheny is a Controller with more than 25 years of accounting experience and a strong commitment to helping small and mid-size businesses thrive. She oversees financial operations and payroll, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and dependable support as the organization grows.

Maria is known not only for her technical expertise but also for her genuine enjoyment of working with people. She values meaningful interaction and open communication, and she takes pride in being approachable, supportive, and fully engaged with both internal teams and external partners. Building strong, trusting relationships is central to her work and one of the parts she enjoys most.

A certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Maria has spent many years consulting with and training business owners to strengthen their financial systems and enhance operational practices. Her dedication, collaborative style, and people-focused approach make her a trusted resource and an integral contributor to the organization’s long-term success.
